Overview

Black Swan is a 5-star Wind Nihility character and one of the most impactful DoT specialists ever introduced to HSR. She doesn't burst instantly like traditional DPS units — she builds inevitability. By the time enemies realize what's happening, the Arcana stacks are already too high.

• Counts Arcana as a Wind Shear effect
